It can occur in 10 to 40% patient of gall bladder removal... Life style modification also needed apart from medication... Like take low fat diet as gall bladder reservoir not present after its removal For bile acid induced diarrhea cholestyramine or colestipol like drug prescribed (which I think you have been prescribed as per history) Antispasmodic drug in additional can be prescribed for that If abdominal pain associated and if condition worsening then USG abdomen done for further work up Then if needed ERCP like investigation can be done by your doctor (only if needed) Take care Hope your concern solved
