What Causes Diarrhea, Nausea, Cold And Delayed Menstruation?

I took the noting after pill 2 times in one week October but my period stayed pretty regular. I missed my period at the end of November and still have not gotten in. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. I had diarrhea, and very very little nausea. But I m also getting a cold. Should I check for pregnancy again or am I siking myself out?

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy. I pill also delays the next expected periods by 2-3 weeks.
I would suggest you to repeat the urine pregnancy test. If negative, then do wait for 2-3 weeks for the periods. If they still don't come, then do consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
