What Causes Diarrhea Frequently?

Hello, Lately I have been having on and off again diarrhea. The diarrhea has been very liquid in consistency. I hd noticed it earlier in the year and had attributed it to eating to much fiber (ie raw almonds). Now how ever I am not so sure. It s not a constant state I will have solid stool. I was wondering if it might be due to an execess of sugars in my diet. Thank you for your time.

In irritable bowel syndrom there is change a frequency and consistency of stool.
