Hello and welcome to HCM,
Your history suggests that you have suffering from diarrhea.
Diarrhea continuing for longs period could have led to maceration of the anal skin.
Hurting and burning sensation experienced in the anal region is probably due to anal skin.
I suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist for clinical assessment of the anal skin.
Topical application of antibiotic ointment may be required to prevent superimposed infection of the site and soothing ointment to prevent burning and hurting.

Thanks and take care
