Hello,
welcome to HCM.

Diarrhea even after taking Ciproflaxin and Metrogyl could be related to irritable bowel syndrome or may be antibiotics are not working due to insufficient dosage or quality or drug resistance.

If you have still diarrhea then i would advise you to check routine blood counts, urine and stool culture which may confirm the organism and its sensitivity to our antibiotic.

You will require appropriate antibiotic, probiotics like lactobacillus with antispasmodics and anti-emetics if vomiting.

You should seek an advice from gastro-physician for further treatment.

Regards,
