What Causes Diarrhea And Painful Urination?

Hi, I m a 17 year old female, the past week iv had pain when urinating, and pain in my kidneys, Also my stomach was upset and had horrible diarrhea. Whenever i ate i felt sick sometimes, and thought i was gonna puke. I went to my Women Care doctor and at first I couldn t use the bathroom but a little bit, and all they said is they could see white blood cells, as with a UTI, later on that day I came back and gave a better urine sample, they called and said my thing was normal, and it stopped hurting for a few days then came right back, and now my left side and my chest are hurting, and I m not sure what s going on?

Noted your history of pain while urinating, pain in abdomen nausea, diarrhea. got ok but recurred.
This indicates that you have both the problems of enteritis with urinary tract infection which should be treated in the following way:
Since you have already consulted a Doctor, you would have been given an antibiotic,. Most of the antibiotics are equally effective against both the infection well, hence complete the course and take symptomatic treatment.
Keep yourself well hydrated to help the body recover fast and have proper urine output.
