What Causes Diarrhea And Pain Above Waist Long After Barretts Disease?

I am experiencing severe pain o my right side below the waist and going up my back just above the waist. This is the 5th day. I am also having diarrhea. The painful area seems hard or tight. I had surgery a year ago following weight loss surgery (sleeve) four years previously in which my stomach was by passed and a new stomach made due to severe barretts disease. The barretts was gone on my last exam. I never had any signs of barretts such as acid reflux

Regarding your experience with pain below your waist and radiating to the back that is hard and rigid with associated diarrhoea and a previous surgery for weight loss and barretts disease I will suggest you have developed one of the following

Subacute appendicitis
Ovarian cyst
Acute salpingitis
Acute tendinitis

In view of this please please do a pelvic scan to rule out the above conditions

Hence please see a emergency physician for clinical assessment and adequate drug treatment
