Severe diarrhoea with blood have many possibilities( differential diagnosis) but the chance of having a cancer is least likely, taking into account your age which is 32 years. Cancer at this age is almost negligible, so you don t need to worry too much about it. The possible causes include: Inflammatory bowel disease( ulcerative colitis most probably), An infection of intestines and a non specific colitis. As you have had abnormal cells in your stool tests so the best way to proceed would be to investigate the cause. investigations could include: Blood tests, a complete stool examination, a colonoscopy, an ultrasound abdomen, an X-ray abdomen and serology. You need to make an appointment with your physician and could ask for investigations. you need not to worry, bloody diarrhoea is a common problem and it has got very good treatment response.
