Hello,
During perimenopause, depression, lack of energy and confusion are observed. Diarrhea could be due to some other problem or as a result of anxiety. Also, deficiency of vitamin D can present with the symptoms you have been observing. Please try breathing exercises, yoga, regular walks, book reading and good company. You should take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables along with adequate liquids. You can also see a counselor if needed. Please remember this is a natural process and can be handled well by you. Hope this helps.
