I started taking valsartan and is now have loose bowls and havce several accidents I also broke out on my back and i normally never have this happens i am throwing up and sitting on the toiliet at the same time i also do not like how my arms look. i have light whiteskin and know my arms are blochyee is this normal .... i can not take beta blockers and thers not much meds i could take will some of this stuff go away or will i have to contend with these things. i am 75 yea;. thanks you...maybe i am doing something wrong....
