Hi I fell off a motor bike and landed hard on my right hip on the 2nd December. It was swollen and sore to the touch. On the 5th December I started experiencing diarrhea. This went on for a few days then stopped and restarted. It comes and goes in its severity but I have not passed a solid stool since. It is now the 24th December and I still experience diarrhea my hip where I fell is now hard. There is still slight swelling but the area has become hard and lumpy. Could the diarrhea be associated with my fall? Also are these lumps something to be concerned about or is it like cartilage that needs time to break down in the body?
