Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries
I can understand your concern. You have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and are taking Sertraline 100mg, Carbamazepine 500 mg, Clonazepam 0.5, Olanzapine 5 mg per day. Sertraline is an antidepressant drug and the drug is helpful in controlling the symptoms of depression. But your symptoms like difficulty in walking, speaking, crying spells are persisting and in such case I'd advise you to please visit your doctor again for re-evaluation.
For persisting symptoms medicines like Lamotrigine can be added to your prescription. The drug is a mood stabiliser and is particularly useful in resistant depressive symptoms. You can discuss with your psychiatrist for re-evaluation and prescription of the drugs.
Thanks, Hope this helps you. Take care
