What Causes Depression And Withdrawal Symptoms?

I have recently quit dipping after 20 years or better...My problem is now i am very nervous & depressed about everything. I can barley work because of the withdrawals...my question is, is there anything that i can be put on to curb the urge & want from the dam can!!

Nicotine is addicitve due to the withdrawal more than the pleasure. Nicotine replacement is one of the most established tools for quitting (although someone is stillnicotine dependent). Choosing a nicotine replacement that comes indifferent strengths to facilitate withdrawal is one opton. The withdrawal is severe. But it lasts only about a week.
