General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM

Hemoglobin level at 7.4 is concerning and require further evaluation. Complete blood count, iron levels, and peripheral smear are required for initial evaluation.
Women in reproductive age group, the most common cause of anemia is due to Iron deficiency usually associated with heavy menstrual blood loss.

Negative thoughts, anxiety, and insomnia require further screening for possible depression with anxiety symptoms.
Please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider for further evaluation and management.

Hope this answers your question
