What Causes Depleted Level Of Iron After Treated Bell's Palsy?

Over 24 months ago I suffered from bell's palsy I was treated after attending A and E, and recovered. Five weeks ago I suffered from Neuralgia I have had acupuncture for the pain relief I am also taking B12 supplements and regular pain relief. I attended my G.P last week and all my iron levels have depleted. I am pretty sure that all these illnesses are related and fell that I could get more help with the underlining problem than just waiting to see what I get next to be treated. I was diagnosed with temporal Jaw dysfunction when I was 35. I also have arthritis and had a toe amputated after a nasty accident.
