Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The best solution, in this case, would be to do blood pregnancy test and this means to perform beta HCG testing in blood, not in urine. This will be accurate to rule out pregnancy for sure. Urine test may not be 100% accurate as well as ultrasound in such early phase. But chances of pregnancy are very high if your gynecologist saw embryo in the uterus.

It would be good to do beta HCG as soon as possible so that you can plan your future steps and life.

Wish you a good health.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein
