What Causes Delayed Periods?

I have been Sexually active these passed months, my period was suppose to come on March 11th and it has not come yet:/ I took 2 Pregnancy tests and both came out negative.. what can be causing this delay? I have always had a regular period. thank you

there are multiple reasons for delayed menses. Stress, Anemia, travelling, hormonal variation can lead to delayed menses. I suggest you to consult obstratician to rule out other causes..
