What Causes Delayed Periods With Yellow Vaginal Discharge And Lower Back Pain?

I m 3 days late. I ve been having yellow/light brown discharge and lower back pain. Yesterday I started cramping in my lower stomach but after a while it went away and still no period and since yesterday I ve been getting little pimples on my face. I ve been late once or twice before. So could it be just be late again or could I actually be pregnant? I ve also been having some crazy dreams the past couple of nights

hi.
thank you for posting query at HCM.

further history , i would like to know:

1. last menstrual period?
2. is menstrual period regular in the last three months ( number of days of the cycle)
3. vaginal spotting? ( vaginal spotting may look similar to menses but it NOT regular periods)

if the present bleeding is NOT heavy and "painless"; if its more like spotting / brown color patch; then it maybe "implantation bleeding".....you maybe pregnant and need to meet your treating physician/gynaecologist at earliest.

test than can help you clear your doubts:
1. blood test for beta HCG OR
2. urine test for beta HCG OR
3. gynaecological ultrasound

any ONE of the three mentioned test would give you the result, be it positive or negative.
