What Causes Delayed Periods With Negative Pregnancy Test?

Hi, Greetings!! I am 26 years, and tensed about the matter that this month my Periods was supposed to come by 24th of June. but till today there is no sign of it. I did a Pregnancy test, but the result came out to be Negative. I am very worried. Please tell me what can be the reason for this and looking forward for reply and suggestions. Thank you

the first cause of ammenhorea is pregnancy,even thyroid disorders,stress,other hormonal disturbances can cause delayed periods
pregnancy of unknown location,ectopic pregnancy can cause this
it is better do a beta hcg test ,and a ultrasound
