What Causes Delayed Periods With Negative HPT While Trying To Conceive?

Hi,



I am now 9 days late for my period and I am never late I always have a regular 31 day cycle. My partner and I started trying to concieve last month and now im late however Im testing negative and dont have any pms or pregnancy symptoms. What is delaying my period and if I am pregnant why are the tests negative?

1.If the tests are negative, mostly its negative and you are not pregnant.
2.There are several causes for not conceiving, PCOD - polycystic ovarian syndrome, uterine pathology, fallopian tube pathologies.
3.An ultrasound abdomen can give you a picture about the pelvic organs evaluation.
4.Tests come 97% accuracy, may be you are not pregnant.
5.If you feel the symptoms and you feel wrong results - get a scan and get confirmed.
