What Causes Delayed Periods In A Person With Vitamin D3 Deficiency?

Hi, I am 37 yrs old. Two week back I did my D3 test and found out to be 10 ( it should be 30-40range). I am taking weekly one D3 table. And strange thing is I have not got my period. MY date last month was 20th Feb. But it was regular all these year. Till today 28th march periods is not happened. Is it regular with D3 deficiency or do I need to worry.

Hi, I think if you are sexually active, do a urine pregnancy test at home first to rule out pregnancy. If it is negative, there can be various reasons for delayed periods, the first one being stress. Vitamin D deficiency is not generally associated with delayed periods.
