What Causes Delayed Periods And Negative Pregnancy Test?
Hi, I have should have had my period on the 22nd dec but didn t, took a pregnancy test after a week and also sent a water specimen to the lab and results came out negative.i have never missed my period. What could be going on? and my tummy also seems to be rumbling like am nearing my period.pls help

You missed the period. Most common condition for it is pregnancy.
You had performed the test but it become negative. You can repeat the test after a week. If still it comes negative then better to consult a doctor and do a ultrasound to confirm about pregnancy.
If you are feeling that periods are about to start and if it starts than there is no pregnancy.
