What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Sore Breasts And Heart Burn?

My period was 4 days late this month and then a week after that i experience extreme tiredness and tender breasts,heart burn and nausea. Also cramps and stretching pains in my thighs. Today i experienced light bleeding. Im not sure if i could be pregnant or not. My husband and i are trying.

Thanks for the query.
Sore breast, tiredness, delayed period, scanty bleeding around menstrual date ( ? implantation bleeding ).. all are suggestive of pregnancy, specially when you are trying for it.
But confirmatory sign of pregnancy is urine pregnancy test after 8 days of expected day of period.
