What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Nausea And Tenderness In The Breasts?

I am 20 year old female who s had unprotected sex roughly around my ovulation day and right now I am about 4 days late and currently have nausea tender breasts sensitive nipples and fatigue I took a home pregnancy test which came back as a faint negative is there a possibility that I could be pregnant but tested early or was the pregnancy test faulty

You should repeat blood pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first.
When this is done then you can look for other causes of delayed period. It is not problematic if this happens once in 1-2 months. You should just wait for the next period to occur.

If this persist for few months then there may be some other common causes taht include: Hormone problems, growths in the uterus such as polyps or fibroids are benign (non-cancerous) tumors that grow within the uterus or low body weight.

Other potential other causes of bleeding include stress, change in medications, miscarriage, vaginal dryness. Your doctor will also likely give you a physical exam, including a pelvic exam and test your hormonal levels. This will show us exact issue which can be treated then.
