What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Nausea And Headache?

i am a 7 days a way from my next menstrual and for the last 4-5 days I have been having nausea, headache, increased urination, bloating to the point my pants no longer fit. I had my tubes tide 7 1/2 years ago and was wondering if I should be worried that I may be pregnant.

Hi, I think these symptoms can be premenstrual also. You should wait for your periods. If periods get delayed, do a urine pregnancy test at home. There are cases of failure of ligation. So, there exists a little chance of pregnancy. But it is rare. For increased urination, it can be due to some urine infections. get urine checked for routine and microscopy and a culture. Drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser like syrup alkasol.
