What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Nausea And Diarrhoea?

Hi, about 3 weeks ago i had a night where i was on the toilet vomiting til the early hours. Ever since then I ve been nausea when i eat ( though not all the time ) I m constantly tired. I ve been having severe flatulence though that has subsidded in the last few days. Now atm i m finding i have diarrhea when i go to the toilet and it usually comes not long after i eat. I go for a walk in the mornings and as soon as i finish i feel really sick in the stomach. My peiod is now 1 week late though i have no pregnancy symptoms ie sore boobs.. i have been pregnant before so i know the symptoms..I ve also been really up and down with my moods. I ve got a Dr s appt today too

Don't worry much. Stay calm.
pregnancy can not be predicted. your symptoms are suggesting early pregnancy.and every time symptoms are not just same.
Go to gynaecologist for further evaluation by sonography. it is possible that you are pregnant but you need to go for pregnancy test after you miss your periods. pregnancy test is negative right now but it may turn positive once the hormonal level reaches up to the detection level.
