What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Fatigue And Frequent Urination?

Hi, I usually run 38-40 day menstrual cycle...my last period started on Jan 9th 2017. I have not yet received my next cycle yet. Today would make day 55 since my last period. I have taken 2 home pregnancy tests and both have come back negative. I have been feeling tired, urinating a lot more and my cervix is higher and soft with a whitish creamy cervical mucus. Can I be pregnant and its just not showing a positive result yet ?

Hi, I think you should go for a ultrasound to confirm if you are having a pregnancy or not. If not, you will need some medicines for inducing periods. It can happen due to hormonal imbalances also. Check your thyroid profile and prolactin levels also. Hope I have answered your question.
