What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Drainage Of Fleshy Object During Urination?

I have officially missed my period for this month, I have been on birth control for three years (nexplanon implant), tonight when I peed there was a long white fleshy object in the toilet and a small very dim light pink dot in the larger part. I noticed since black pepper like dots in the bottom of the toilet a couple days ago which also concerns me. I m nervous as crap to take a pregnancy test and I don t know if these are pregnancy symptoms I m having or symptoms of a UTI. Have you ever heard of these symptoms? My urine doesn t burn.

Hello dear,
Understand your concern.
I think delayed period is due to hormonal imbalance as you are om implant.
That causes hormonal imbalance.
Fleshy discharge like may be due to STDs or Pelvic inflammatory disese.

Other causes of late periods are
1. High level of stress
2. Change in life style
3. Late ovulation
4. Excessive exercise
5. Drugs: Birth control pills, tyroid medication, Excessive tea and caffeine
6. Thyroid problem
7. Hormonal imbalance as in your case

Do regular walking and exercise.
Eat healthy diet
Maintain hygiene after and before sex and urination
Wash vagina with warm salted water 3-4 times per day
If not resolves
Consult the gynecologist
Under go pelvic examination
Pregnacy test
USg if needed.

Also note that
Menstruation required co ordinate action of various hormone that secreted by ovary (estrogen and progesterone) and brain (FSH and LH).
If any above hormone is decreased or increased there is imbalance in menstruation.
So please do full hormonal profile : Estrogen, progestron, LH, FSH, HCG and thyroid hormone.
That help to diagnose hormonal imbalance.
Gram stain and PCR for diagnosis of STD
After confirmation you can take treatment according So please go ahead.

Hope this may help you
All the best.
Stay healthy.
