What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Abdominal Cramps And Pain?

Hello doctor, I had unprotected sex on the 29th Oct in the morning but my partner used the pull out method. I took Levonelle on 31st at 4pm as I am not on the daily pill. I remember taking it in the past and getting my period straight away with no side effects. It is now the 12th Nov I havd had no period and I have been experiencing mild contractions and aching in my lower abdomen. Also my breasts feel tingly but are not sore to touch. I feel sick all the time and cannot skerp nor eat. Am I pregnant!? When can I test ?

As per your history you have not mentioned clearly what was your last period date and the date you made sex with your partner was it 12-16th of your cycle?so ruled out pregnancy do a test after 10 days of your period date.
secondly if you want to know about your irregular period then make these two tests as below.
pelvic ultrasound
TSH test add ABIX tabs 100 mg every day for breast discomfort and pain .
