What Causes Delayed Periods After Taking An Emergency Contraceptive Pill?

Hi sir my wife and me done unprotected sex and taken a pill within 24 hrs.but now she missed her periors.her periods date was 26th but till now she didnt get her periods.we checked through the pregnancy kit.but we got the single pink line after 30 min.so is pregnancy confirmed or not,if not when she will get uber periods? Plz tell mwe

Hi, I think if kit is showing only one line , she is not pregnant. Periods can delay due to stress also. She can take some medicines like progesterone for inducing periods.
