What Causes Delayed Periods After Taking Unwanted 72?

Last month i took unwanted72 2 times and spotting was there after 5 days but i have missed my periods and now its 12th day passed my periods haven t came . I took pregnancy test 3 times all were negetive then again i took unwanted 72 today help me regarding this

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Unwanted 72 is an emergency contraceptive pill. It would prevent pregnancy by causing withdrawal bleeding within 3 weeks from the day it has been taken.
As per the bleeding, your periods date and schedule would change.
Since the pregnancy test has come negative, there was no necessary to take Unwanted 72 again. Kindly wait for bleeding to happen. If it doesn't happen by 3 weeks, you need to take an ultrasound scan of the abdomen and get your blood levels of FSH, LH and beta hCG levels checked.
Kindly consult Gynecologist with the report for proper evaluation and management.
