What Causes Delayed Period With History Of Endometriosis?

Hi, I had endometriosis and it was removed through laproscopy last april. After that i tried for pregnancy but went in vain. I ve tried for 2 IUI but that also failed. So my doctor prescribed TAB. OVABLESS, TAB. NORMOZ, TAB. ULTRA 3D and TAB YASMIN. my last period was 17/02/2015. I have a 25 day period but still i didnt get my period. Please tell me what should i do now?

What the medical history is suggestive here chance of conception would be minimal still keep trying for it because even after this conception could be possible because pregnancy is more natural phenomenon, hope this information helps, take care.
