Hi
Greetings
I can understand your situation.
In PCOD there is hormonal alterations and improper ovulation .That is why you were not getting your periods regularly. For periods to come there should be a steady growth of a single follicle in the ovary till around.20 mm nearing ovulation .But in PCOS this doesn't happen .
So I suggest you to go for a hormonal analysis on day 2 of your menustrual cycle esply FSH.LH.E2. and AMH.
Along with an ultrasound scan to know the number of antral follicles.
That will tell us your ovarian reserve and can conclude about ovulation and menses.
If the values are not favourable alternative methods can be decided about your fertility.Hope my answer helps you. good luck.If you can send us the reports we will surely guide you .
Regards
