What Causes Delayed Period While On Accutane?

Hello! So I have been on a 4 month course of accutane (my birth control are abstinence and none) for 1 month now and haven t had my period yet. Is this normal? I am about a week late which has never happened before. Also, should I be concerned about my ability to have kids in the future? Thanks!!!!

I really appreciate your concern, with the history of birth control hormone pill it may cause irregular period some time and this may not be pregnancy, and this may not cause the infertility so this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
