What Causes Delayed Period While HPT Is Negative?

hello four months back I was put on medroxypmogeterone to star my period .so I took it for 2 months on the 3rd and 4th month my period came on is own without the pills every 28 days. my lasted period was January 2. I m now 14 days late I had unprotected sex on the 18th . I have take 3 pregnancy test they came back negative

Delay in periods can occur due to hormonal imbalance.
Your history suggests that you have previous history of delayed periods for which you were given progesterones.
Progesterones resumed your periods thus hormonal imbalance is the most probable cause of delayed periods.
You need to consult your gynaecologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
Management can be planned after complete work up.
