What Causes Delayed Period While HPT Is Negative After Withdrawal Of Birth Control?

I stopped taking BC about a month ago and now I am 2-3 day late for my period. I had some cramps a couple days ago but nothing now and I was also experiencing sore breasts. I know your cycle can be messed up just coming off BC but I missed starting my new month pack one time so had to wait for my period to start over and I was reg then. Am I pregnant? I took a home preg test this morn but it was negative.

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms is not suggestive of any pregnancy neither this could be conception so no need to worry about this, but if it takes months and not bleeding found then you have to go for pregnancy test (Ultrasonography) hope this information helps
