What Causes Delayed Period And Negative HPT With History Of Tubal Ligation?

I am 13 days late on my period and I ve experienced gushes of clear liquid with occasional light blood, today it came out a lot while I was walking & it did have more blood. I had tubal ligation done about 7 years ago. I m getting worried. I did a pregnancy test a couple days ago and it came out negative.

As your pregnancy test have come to be negative, it is less likely to be pregnant. It may be just your anxiety. This kits are highly accurate.
But still I would suggest you to see gynaecologist, for evaluation as you have mentioned that your period is late by 15 days. It needs to be evaluated. So see doctor.

With transvaginal ultrasonography, the diagnosis of pregnancy can be made earlier by 4-5 weeks gestation.

Irregularities in menses are common, as you have mentioned you had tubal ligation and also negative pregnancy test, you are highly unlikely to be pregnant.
