What Causes Delayed Menstruation With Abdominal Pain And Bloating?

Hi there I m just wondering wether there could be something up with me? I haven t had a period since June my periods have always been regular and always on time my stomach is looking bloated an swollen it s sometimes painful for example when I bend down to pick something up.

If you are sexually active then you should do a pregnancy test to determine if you have conceived.
The home tests are accurate.

If this is not the case, then other causes would be: (1) emotional stress or illness
(2) thyroid disease
(3)physical illness
(4)polycystic ovarian syndrome- cysts by the ovaries, associated with irregular periods, insulin resistance, affects fertility
(5)high levels of prolactin hormone
(6)side effect of medication

Blood tests and imaging of the uterus/ovaries by ultrasound would help to determine if any if any of these are present.
