What Causes Delay In Periods,cramps And Bloating Of Stomach?

i am on birth control and am sexually active. i skipped my period last month using my birth control and am a week late this month. i am wondering if this is a sign that i am pregnant or if the irregularity is caused by my skipping my cycle last month. i am experiencing cramping and bloating, but i understand those are also signs of pregnancy.

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. The delay in the period in this month is most likely due to the continous intake of pills for a prolonged time, without a pill free period in between.
I suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.
If negative, then you can safely wait for the periods for another one week.

2] Please do urine pregnancy test on morning's first sample of urine.
3] Cramping and bloating can be due to expected periods in early future, if the test is negative.
