What Causes Delay In Periods?
My period is 5 days late. I have taken 6 pregnancy tests; 1 two days before is was late, 1 one day before it was late and the rest have been after. All of them have come out negative. I have had been under a lot of stress going into college and with recruitment and I read that could mess up a period cycle. Also, I am living with my sorority sisters and I was wondering if our cycles aligning could throw my cycle off? I just need to know if I should be worried.

The most likely reason could be stress which as you have read right, can easily put your period off. Try to stay calm and things should return to normal. If you have no exposure to sexual contact, then stress, weather, diet, weight gain or weight loss are the most probable causes.
