Hello ma'am and welcome.

Pregnancy has been ruled out and although the cause for the delay is not clear, your doctor has prescribed you medications which should be taken for a certain duration of time (about 5 days) and then discontinued. Once discontinued, there will be a withdrawal bleed usually within 1-5 days. Nothing to worry about as of now, but please do discuss the diagnosis with your doctor. It could be anything from medications, stress, birth control pills, ovarian cysts, sudden weight gain or weight loss, and so on.

Best wishes.
