What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Taking Postinor-2?
Please I had an unprotected sex On the 6th of Nov and ejaculated inside her... She took postinor2 within 48hrs and two days after she had serious stomach pain and 5days after she bled so much for 3 to 4 days. The problem is she s suppose to see her period on the 28th of Nov but it didn t come and all the signs were there. Can she be pregnant or will the period still come?

You have taken postinor 2 with in 48 hours of the sex.
It is 80-85% effective in preventing the pregnancy
Your stomach pain and excessive bleeding was due to hormonal imbalance caused by the postinor as it contain high progesterone.
Your next period can be delayed or excessive bleeding can occur
Period can be delayed by 1-2 week.
If period will delayed by more than 2 week then consult the gynaecologist for examination and go for pregnancy test and or blood HCG to rule out the pregnancy.
Meanwhile avoid stress, take healthy diet with iron supplements, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise
