What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Having Morning After Pill?

Hi, I had an unprotected sex and took morning after pill between 24-48 hours. It s 2weeks now and I haven t got my periods yet. Should I take a primolute N? Do you think I am pregnant? Ideally when shoul I get my periods after taking morning after pill?

Morning after pill commonly used in unprotected ssex. It is used to prevent pregnancy in unprotected sex. You have to use the pill within 72 hours of unprotected sex. Avoid sex during period because it didn't provide protection thereafter.
Common side effect of pill is nausea, stomach cramp, change in period etc.
If you are not getting period after a week of taking pill then do a pregnancy test or consult a doctor to confirm about pregnancy.
