What Causes Delay In Periods After Having I Pill?
My wife took i pill within 4hrs of hvng sex,then she got her periods within 4days and it lasted for 4 more days..Last time date came exactly on 7th April, but till now (22nd may) she dint get her periods.on 21st may she had pregnancy test,it came as negative.Generally her periods are late by 1 week every time.can u please tell why there is so much of delay ? When can we expect her peroids? What to do in case if she dont get within the next couple days?

Taking I-pill within 4 hrs of sex gives more than 95% protection against unwanted pregnancy. She got withdrawal bleeding within 4 days and it is quite normal.
However, her next period may be delayed for 1 to 2 weeks due to hormonal imbalance and mental stress.
On negative test, she can take progesterone pill to induce period. Kindly, consult with doctor for prescription. Good luck.
