What Causes Delay In Period?

Hello. Please help. My husband had a vasesectmy 3 and a half years ago, (not the tieing one but the cut) He doesn t ejaculate in me, but outside, he did once before and nothing happened. My period is late. Feeling very down and depressed, moody. My stomach is slighly sore with a full feeling. It feels like my period is on the way but nothing. I have suffered from PMS and PMDD, so I don t know if this is that. I am 35 yearss old.

I have gone through your Query & I really appreciate your concern about the problem you are facing.

As a physician I would first need you to calm down. I know that your thoughts are making you anxious. But at first I would like you to take a home UPT test with a kint to rule out pregnancy, 10 days apart.

If both of these comes out to be negative, then you should wait for your periods. But, if you still persist to have these symptoms and still continue to miss your periods, you should visit your gynecologist to have a thorough checkup and blood work to be done.
