HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, as long as the contraceptive method are concern nothing is hundred percent promising and if this is the amenorrhea and history of unprotected coitus then it is advisable to get done the ultrasonography test, although chances of pregnancy is very minimal but it can not be taken as granted, and better to get done the ultrasonography hope this information helps.
