OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.

It can be due to dysmenorrhea or due to hormonal imbalance.
You should consult a gynaecologist and get your pelvic examination, blood profile, urine test and Pelvic ultrasound test done to rule out the cause.

It can be due to many reasons like fibroid, Adenomyosis, PID, endometriosis etc.
First rule out the cause and took treatment accordingly.

Hope this is useful to you.
Good luck.
Regards
Dr. Richa
