HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, let me tell you something that pregnancy is more or less natural phenomenon, now it is history of miscarriage so underlying cause of miscarriage was the matter of concern and if this was happened second time too then it is really need to be investigated, although infection may not cause obstruction in conception, but some incompatible factors may be the cause, in my opinion just take some break and give off the idea of conception for couple of years and till then work up from all the way for find out the causes of miscarriage, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
