What Causes Deep Chest Pain On Laughing?

So when I laugh (not really lightly) my chest area hurts like right at the bottom of my collar bone. It quickly grows into a sharp pain and gets worse the more I laugh even if I take a break in between (if there are multiple jokes or comical reasons to laugh ) it doesn t persist after laughing for very long (a second maybe, then it turns into a dull pain for a little while) it s mostly at the bottom of my collar bone and where it connects to my shoulder.

Hello,

Thanks for Writing to Health Care Magic and putting trust in us regarding your Health related query.
I am Dr. Saleha and I have read your message in detail, I understand your concern and will try to help you in this.

The way your symptoms happen, and the way they progress and subside, shows me that there is nothing to worry much in this.
This is not a heart pain if that's what concerns your neither this seems to me a lung pain.

It seems that the pain is neuromuscular in origin, though it doesn't need any huge concerns or any particular treatments but there are a few things which can help you get rid of it.

>Take as much rest as you can.Try not to laugh aggressively.
>Warm compresses will help with the healing.
>Rub voren voltral or brufen gel/cream thrice a day for 5-10 mins daily.
>For pain you can take Tylenol or Burfen but if things are ok without pain killer you are better off it.

I hope this answers your question. If you have more questions, I am happy to answer.

Wish you lasting health.

Regards.
