Hi

The adrenals release a hormone called Cortisol and another hormone called aldosterone which maintains your blood pressure. You are probably having adrenal insufficiency. You need to be started on Oral Hydrocortisone 10 mg (8am), 5 mg ( 12 noon) and 5 mg (at 5:00 pm). Along with this you may need Fludrocortisone as well. However, this is a little complex situation hence you need to give us more detailed history and evaluation. You can send us your reports, we have good experience in management of MEN patients.

Good luck
